黃金麥香南瓜(素) Golden Cereals Pumpkin (Vegetarian)
500克南瓜(去皮,切片) 3支咖喱葉 3條小辣椒 (切圈) 1大匙黃油
材料:
脆漿: 4湯匙 麵粉 2湯匙 木薯粉 1茶匙 發粉 1湯匙 食油 水 適量(慢慢加,不要太稀)
麥片粉(拌均): 1小碗 Nestle麥片 1湯匙 糖 1/2茶匙 鹽 1茶匙 咖喱粉 1/2茶匙 黃姜粉
做法: 1. 將南瓜沾上脆漿,炸成金黃色,瀝油備用 2. 熱鍋,加入黃油至溶 3. 加入指天椒和咖喱葉炒一炒 4. 倒入麥片,小火快炒至鬆散 5. 倒入炸南瓜拌均,盛上碟即可享用了

咖喱料: 8條 干辣椒 1小塊 生薑 1小塊 黃姜 1小塊 南姜 Lengkuas / Galangal 2條 香茅(拍篇) 1湯匙半素肉類咖喱粉(我用Babas牌子) 1湯匙 素蚝油 少許咖喱葉
